Case Assessment

Hospital Working Day

01. Talk With Us

The first step in the travel and treatment journey is to contact a member of CareConnect team. During the initial consultation, we encourage patients to share their current health status.

02. Accompanied by a medical provider

If appropriate, clients will be asked to provide any relevant medical or psychological documentation. This helps us better understand your needs and coordinate suitable care options abroad.

Note: We provide coordination and information services only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

03. Recommendations and Consultation

Based on the information provided, we can guide clients to accredited mental health clinics, therapists, or support programs in China. Specialists at these clinics will evaluate your situation and provide professional advice.

04. Arrangements and Travel

If you require all care while traveling, we will ensure that everything is in place to meet your needs. This includes flight arrangements, transportation and any additional support to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
